"TWO DELICIOUS" SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING FL) WHO ARE 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
  1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The "Two Delicious" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding FL) who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Turkey Hill L.P. (the "Sponsor"), Pavone, Promotion Mechanics, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters/suppliers, and members of the immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Void in FL and where prohibited.

  2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/15/07 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on 9/15/08 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

  3. TO ENTER: You will need a "Two Delicious" Game piece to participate in this Sweepstakes. Game pieces are available on specially marked packages of Turkey Hill "Duetto". To receive a game piece without purchase, see Rule 5 below. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.twodelicious.com ("Web Site") during the Sweepstakes Period. Click on the "two win" tab to be taken to the Sweepstakes page and enter the game code found on your "Two Delicious" Game Piece. Upon verification of your code, you will be provided with an official online entry form. Complete the entry form, providing all required information and submit as directed. You will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. You may enter as often as you wish, but each entry must have a different game code. Limit one sweepstakes entry per game code.

  4. DRAWINGS/PRIZES/ODDS: A total of four random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by each entry deadline date. See schedule below for entry deadlines and drawing dates:

    Entry deadline: 11:59 pm ET on 9/15/07. Drawing date: 9/20/07
    Entry deadline: 11:59 pm ET on 1/15/08. Drawing date: 1/20/08
    Entry deadline: 11:59 pm ET on 5/15/08. Drawing date: 5/20/08

    The first three drawings, held on 9/20/07, 1/20/08 and 5/20/08, will award the following prizes:

    (1) Second Prize: Italian Language Lessons (to be awarded via a set of Rosetta Stone software Levels 1 & 2 packages). ARV $329.
    (2) Third Prizes: a one-year supply of Turkey Hill Dairy "Duetto" (to be awarded via free product coupons). ARV $280.
    (25) Fourth Prizes: a Turkey Hill Dairy "Duetto" t-shirt. ARV $20. Size to be determined by Sponsor.
    (25) Fifth Prizes: a Turkey Hill Dairy "Duetto" thermal color changing mug. ARV $12.

    The fourth drawing, held on 9/20/08, will award the following prizes:

    (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two to Venice, Italy. Prize consists of round trip coach-class air transportation from the major commercial airport nearest winner's U.S. residence (as determined by Sponsor); and 7 nights' double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Approximate retail value $5,000. Actual value will depend on winner's residence and seasonal rates. Any difference between actual value and stated value will not be awarded. All expenses not specified are winner's sole responsibility. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, he/she must travel with his/her parent/legal guardian. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change, and certain restrictions; blackout dates apply. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary and must comply with all security requirements. Travel must be completed by 12/31/09. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all required travel documents and any travel insurance.
    (1) First Prize: a Vespa LX 50 motor scooter. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $3,500. Specific model year, color and options to be determined by Sponsor.
    (2) Second Prizes: Italian Language Lessons (to be awarded via a set of Rosetta Stone software Levels 1 & 2 packages). ARV $329.
    (4) Third Prizes: a one-year supply of Turkey Hill Dairy "Duetto" gelati (to be awarded via free product coupons). ARV $280.
    (25) Fourth Prizes: a Turkey Hill Dairy "Duetto" t-shirt. ARV $20. Size to be determined by Sponsor.
    (25) Fifth Prizes: a Turkey Hill Dairy "Duetto" thermal color changing mug. ARV $12.

    Non-winning entries will be retained and included in subsequent drawings. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by each drawing's deadline. Winners will be notified by mail, overnight mail, or other such method as determined solely by Sponsor.

    Limit one Grand, First or Second prize per person.

  5. TO RECEIVE A FREE GAME PIECE: To receive a "Two Delicious" game piece without purchase, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by 9/1/08 to: "Two Delicious" Game Piece, Turkey Hill Dairy, 2601 River Road, Conestoga, PA 17516.

  6. GENERAL: All taxes on prizes and expenses relating to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) agree a) to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and Administrator which shall be final and binding in all respects and in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; b) to release, discharge, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Pavone, Promotion Mechanics, Inc., and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives (individually and collectively "Releasees") from any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise) of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss of or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light), arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity; and c) if a winner to the announcement/use of name, voice, image and/or likeness for trade, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) by Sponsor and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's direction, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and agrees to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. In no event will Releasees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages. Winners (and winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and (where legal) publicity release, which must be returned within time specified by Sponsor or winner will be disqualified and awarded to an alternate winner. If documents are, or any prize is, returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of or to parent or legal guardian (as solely determined by Sponsor) who must execute all documents and agree to all undertakings of winner set forth in these Official Rules or winner may be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Travel guest of Grand Prize winner must complete a liability release and where lawful a publicity release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If travel guest is a minor, release must be completed by minor's parent/legal guardian both on behalf of himself/herself and minor; and parent/legal guardian must travel with minor at own expense. Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor guests may be changed without the approval of Sponsor. Releasees are not responsible and shall not be liable for: a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, program, network, Internet or computer malfunction, technical errors or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry, or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; b) failed, incomplete, garbled, corrupted or delayed computer transmissions; c) lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries or d) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (such as but not limited to virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

  7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web Site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or technical error or programming error or unauthorized access to the Web Site. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web Site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the Web Site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like entry methods, will disqualify all entries using such methods. Entry information, and entries become property of Sponsor. No prize transfer or cash redemption or substitution, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value should prize become unavailable. No correspondence about entries will be entered into nor will entries be acknowledged or returned. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In case of dispute, Sweepstakes entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the entry.

    IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE www.twodelicious.com OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.   8. PRIVACY POLICY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Web Site.

  9. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the County of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
