Distribution
Positions in this department include, but are not limited to:

DSD Class A & B Drivers - CDL Class A or B required, along with a good driving record and people skills, good math skills, and familiarity with Turkey Hill Dairy’s products.

Maintenance
All of the positions in this department are related to maintaining and supporting processes and equipment within a food manufacturing environment, such as:

Refrigeration Mechanic - The Refrigeration Mechanic performs repairs, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to all ammonia refrigeration compressors, motors, process controls, various electronic control devices and various sundry equipment. This individual is required to complete all documents associated with PSM guidelines and must be familiar with current IIAR guidelines. Off shift call-ins are a mandatory part of the job responsibilities and this individual may be required to work in the manufacturing environment.

Quality Assurance/Research & Development
The main position is:

Lab Technician - Must have a B.S. degree with micro/analytical lab testing experience. Experience in Quality Control is a plus. Must have strong oral and written communication, problem solving ,and computer skills (Microsoft Office), and be able to work independently. Must be able to climb ladders and have ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Job entails working both in QA laboratory and within manufacturing environments.

Administrative
This area is rather extensive and includes Accounting, Human Resources, and Marketing.

Accounting Administrative Assistant - Performs miscellaneous secretarial and clerical support functions as requested. Processes invoices through sort, batch, and distribution procedures. Performs accounting and pricing function for accounts to determine billing totals and terms.

Production
Positions in this department consist mostly of machine and freezer operators who oversee fluid and ice cream production.

Warehouse
Many of the positions in this department require repetitive lifting and handling a large volume of products. Forklift experience is an asset. Turkey Hill Dairy has a refrigerated and a frozen Warehouse.
