The International Taste & Quality Institute, (iTQi), Brussels, is the leading independent Chef and Sommelier based organization dedicated to judging, honoring and promoting superior tasting food and drink from around the world. Juries are composed of renowned European accredited Chef's, beverage experts and Sommeliers, members of the 10 most prestigious European culinary organizations and the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI). These Chefs and Sommeliers are unanimously respected for their expertise and are the most credible reference in terms of good taste.

Turkey Hill products were submitted by our representatives in Germany and evaluated on their individual tasting merits and earned this award. It is a very unique recognition, in addition to a mark of prestige and superior quality.
