HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 08/05/07 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 09/05/09 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: online, or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person per unique game code.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period go to www.turkeyhill.com/phillies and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Turkey Hill Graham Slam Sweepstakes. By submitting your complete name, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP/postal code, telephone number, mobile phone number (optional), e-mail address and unique code (found on participating packages of Turkey Hill Graham Slam Ice Cream) to the Sponsor via the online entry form, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted by entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy accessible at: http://www.turkeyhill.com/general/privacy-help.asp. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void.

2. Mail-in Method: If you would like to enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, you may enter the Sweepstakes by printing your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number and e-mail address (optional) along with a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail to: Turkey Hill Graham Slam Sweepstakes Game Piece - Turkey Hill Dairy, 2601 River Road, Conestoga, PA 17516-9630. Sponsor will mail a participating game piece to the address submitted. In the event you have no Internet access, send the piece back in for submission. Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. For the Grand Prize drawings (described below), mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/15/08 and/or 8/14/09, as applicable, and received by Sponsor by 08/22/08 and/or 08/21/09, as applicable. For the Biweekly Prize drawings (described below), mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor by no later than the date of the applicable Biweekly Prize drawing; provided, however, mail-in entries for the final Biweekly Prize drawing must be postmarked by 9/5/09 and received by Sponsor by no later than 9/12/09. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS: Two (2) Grand Prize winners of the Sweepstakes (each a "Grand Prize Winner") will be selected by random drawing on or about 08/26/08 and 08/26/09 from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor as of the applicable Grand Prize drawing dates. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable Grand Prize drawing date. All Grand Prizes will be awarded. Limit one Grand Prize per person, family or household, per year. Biweekly winners are eligible for Grand Prize drawing. Non-winning Grand Prize entries are not eligible for subsequent Grand Prize drawings.

BIWEEKLY PRIZE RANDOM DRAWINGS: Biweekly winners of the Sweepstakes (each a "Biweekly Winner" and collectively, the "Biweekly Winners") will be selected by random drawing every two weeks (based on the calendar below) from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor as of the applicable drawing date. Each biweekly drawing pool will reset to zero at the beginning of each biweekly period. Odds of winning a Biweekly Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable Biweekly Prize drawing date. All Biweekly Prizes will be awarded. Limit one Biweekly Prize per person, family or household for each two-week period block.

PRIZES: Each Biweekly Winner will receive four (4) Philadelphia Phillies' game tickets in section 101, for a regular season home game to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and, where feasible, to be played within in a two-week period from the applicable Biweekly Prize drawing date, (the "Biweekly Prize"). (Estimated Retail Value of each Biweekly Prize: $108)

Each Grand Prize Winner will receive the "Ultimate Graham Phan Phamily Party Pack" consisting of fifteen (15) suite tickets for one (1) Philadelphia Phillies regular season home game to be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion (the "Grand Prize"). (Estimated Retail Value of each Grand Prize: $3,500). The 2008 Grand Prize game shall be the Philadelphia Phillies vs. Washington Nationals game to be played at 7:05 PM ET on 09/26/08. The Grand Prize game for the 2009 season will be chosen by the Sponsor as the respective schedules for 2009 are released.

Each Grand Prize Winner and each Biweekly Winner (each, a "Winner" and, collectively, the "Winners") are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, international and local taxes. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the any prize, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, taxes (including income taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winners' companions must be 18 years of age or older, unless traveling with a parent or guardian. Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Philadelphia Phillies, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The MLB Entities and Sponsor will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game.

The Grand Prizes and Biweekly Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Grand Prizes or Biweekly Prizes except due to unavailability, in which case, a cash prize of equal value to the face value of the Grand Prizes or Biweekly Prizes will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of the Sponsor.

NOTIFICATION: (Biweekly winners will receive tickets in the mail at the address submitted with their game piece entry.) Each grand prize winner will receive Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, which must be completed, notarized and returned within ten (10) days of receipt. A disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if the Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability are not properly returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability as non-deliverable will also result in disqualification and cause an alternate winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective agents and representatives for any injury, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize. Participants agree to allow Sponsor, the MLB Entities and their designees to use their names and likenesses in any and all mediums now or hereafter known for advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without any compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late or misdirected entries, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor's exclusive judgment, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion. The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or their agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Sponsor and the MLB Entities (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or the MLB Entities corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all entrants who had entered the Sweepstakes at the time of such cancellations.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple online entries of the same code, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNERS' LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope by 10/10/08 to Turkey Hill Dairy - Graham Slam Winners' List, 2601 River Road, Conestoga, PA 17516-9630. Winners' list will be available after 10/23/08 or 10/23/09, respectively.
