Crispy Egg Nog Crunch
2 cups crispy rice cereal
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chocolate hot fudge sauce
1 container Turkey Hill Egg Nog Limited Edition Premium Ice Cream
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the cereal, brown sugar, walnuts and coconut.
- Drizzle mixture with butter; stir until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.
- Cut Egg Nog ice cream into 3/4-inch thick slices. Arrange evenly over crust.
- Drizzle ice cream with chocolate syrup.
- Top with remaining crumb mixture; press down lightly.
- Cover and freeze until serving. Cut in squares and serve on dessert plates.
