Hasty Holiday Rice Pudding
2 1/4 cups Turkey Hill Egg Nog Limited Edition Premium Ice Cream
1/3 cup craisins
1 Granny Smith apple, pared, cored, diced
3/4 cup Minute Rice
Whipped cream (optional garnish)
Cinnamon (optional garnish)
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the ice cream, craisins and apple. Bring to boiling.
- Stir in the rice, cook and stir one minute.
- Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Serve warm or chilled with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon (optional).
