2½ c. oven-toasted rice cereal
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
½ c. butter, melted
½ c. nuts, finely chopped
1 qt. Turkey Hill Premium Vanilla Ice Cream, softened

In a mixing bowl, combine cereal, coconut, brown sugar, butter, and nuts. Mix well. Spread half of mixture on bottom of a 9" square pan. Top with the ice cream, spreading evenly over the cereal mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares when ready to serve. Makes 9 servings.
