- 36 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 container (1.5 QTS) Turkey Hill Premium Coffee (or Chocolate) Ice Cream, softened
- 2 cups peanuts
- 1 9 oz. tub whipped cream
- 1 16 oz. can of chocolate syrup
Add melted butter to crushed cookies, mix well, and press into 14 1/2" x 9 1/2" pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup peanuts. Slice ice cream and spread over cookies. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of peanuts and freeze. When frozen, drizzle chocolate syrup over peanuts. Freeze until serving time. Top with whipped cream and serve.
