- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 cups crushed rice squares cereal
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup angel flake coconut
- 1 container (1.5 QTS) Turkey Hill Premium Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
- 1 QT Turkey Hill Orange Sherbet
Melt butter and mix thoroughly with cereal, brown sugar, and coconut. Line bottom of 9" x 13" pan with half of crumb mixture. Spoon ice cream on top of crumbs. Freeze. Spread sherbet on top of ice cream and cover with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze again.
