Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1 egg
8 tbsp. butter, melted

Filling
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 tbsp. butter, melted
1 16 oz. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cake mix and egg and butter mix well, pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
Filling: beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth, add eggs, vanilla and butter and beat together.
Next, add powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cake mixture and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Do not over back the center should be gooey.
Serve warm with either Turkey Hill Vanilla Bean and enjoy!
