Hasty Holiday Rice Pudding
- 2 1/4 cups Turkey Hill Egg Nog Ice Cream
- 1/3 cup craisins
- 1 Granny Smith apple, pared, cored, diced
- 3/4 cup Minute Rice
- Whipped cream (optional garnish)
- Cinnamon (optional garnish)
In a medium saucepan, combine the ice cream, craisins and apple. Bring to boiling. Stir in the rice, cook and stir one minute. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve warm or chilled with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon (optional).
