Turkey Hill Yankees Tickets Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of NY, NJ, MA, CT, PA and MD, who are 13 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Turkey Hill Dairy (the "Sponsor"), the MLB Entities (defined below) and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. Entrants will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor and/or yankees.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails nor will such consent to receive such e-mails affect one's odds of winning. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 3/1/09 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 9/1/13 ("Entry Period"). Limit one entry per person, per code. Codes are not transferable or assignable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period Log on to www.turkeyhill.com/yankees and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Turkey Hill Win Yankees Tickets Sweepstakes. Follow instructions to enter your complete name, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, mobile phone number (optional), e-mail address and code (found on select, specially marked packages of Turkey Hill Ice Cream) and click the submit button. All information submitted by entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy accessible at: http://www.turkeyhill.com/general/privacy-help.asp. Entrants must complete all required fields on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void.

2. Mail-in Method: If you would like to enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, request a free game piece/code by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Turkey Hill Win Yankees Tickets Sweepstakes Game Piece - 2601 River Road, Conestoga, PA 17615. Sponsor will mail a game piece/code and a copy of these Official Rules to the address submitted. Once game piece/code is received, follow the directions in Rule 1 to enter online. For the Grand Prize drawings (described below), mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/15/09, 8/15/10, 8/15/11, 8/15/12 and/or 8/15/13, as applicable, and received by Sponsor by 9/1/09, 9/1/10, 9/1/11, 9/1/12 and/or 9/1/13, as applicable. For the Biweekly Prize drawings (described below), mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor by no later than the date of the applicable Biweekly Prize drawing ; provided, however, mail-in entries for the final Biweekly Prize drawing must be postmarked by 8/15/13 and received by Sponsor by no later than 9/1/13. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS: Three (3) Grand Prize winners of the Sweepstakes (each a "Grand Prize Winner") will be selected by random drawing on or about 9/3/09, 9/3/10, 9/3/11, 9/3/12 and 9/3/13 from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor as of the applicable Grand Prize drawing dates (excluding Grand Prize entries from preceding years of the Sweepstakes [a year meaning a regular season of New York Yankees games], as applicable). Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable Grand Prize drawing date. Biweekly winners are eligible for grand prize drawing. Non-winning grand prize entries are not eligible for subsequent grand prize drawings.

BIWEEKLY PRIZE RANDOM DRAWINGS: Biweekly winners of the Sweepstakes (each a "Biweekly Winner" and collectively, the "Biweekly Winners") will be selected by random drawing every two weeks (based on the calendar below) from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor for a given biweekly period. Each biweekly drawing pool will reset to zero at the beginning of each biweekly period. Odds of winning a Biweekly Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received for a given biweekly period. Limit one Biweekly Prize per person, family or household for each Biweekly Period.

2012 Schedule:

PRIZES: Each Biweekly Winner will receive four (4) New York Yankees field level game tickets, for a regular season home game to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and, where feasible, to be played within a two-week period from the applicable Biweekly Prize drawing date (the "Biweekly Prize"). (Estimated Retail Value of each Biweekly Prize: $400)

There are (3) Grand Prize Winners in total, with (1) Grand Prize winner per year (as defined above). Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a pre-game lunch or dinner with a Yankees Alum (alcohol not included) and four (4) tickets to a Yankees regular season home game (the "Grand Prize"). (Estimated Retail Value of each Grand Prize: $495). Specific Yankees Alum determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and subject to availability. If Yankees Alum is unavailable for any reason, Sponsor's liability is limited to the award of the remaining Grand Prize components. The 2012 Grand Prize game will be announced soon. The Grand Prize game for the 2013 will be chosen by the Sponsor in its sole discretion as the respective schedules for the 2011, 2012 and 2013 MLB regular season is released; the Grand Prize game for 2013 will be a regular season New York Yankees home game during the applicable year (after the Grand Prize Drawing date for that year). Once known, the dates of 2013 Grand Prize game will be posted on www.turkeyhill.com/yankees. To accept Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner must be available on date of Grand Prize game; if unavailable, Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

Each Grand Prize Winner (or Winner's parent or Legal Guardian if Winner is a minor) and each Biweekly Winner (or Winner's parent or Legal Guardian if Winner is a minor) (each, a "Winner" and collectively the "Winners") are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Winners' companions must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the New York Yankees, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The MLB Entities and Sponsor will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game.

The Grand Prizes and Biweekly Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Grand Prizes or Biweekly Prizes except due to unavailability; in which case, a cash prize of equal value to the face value of the Grand Prizes or Biweekly Prizes (as applicable) will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of the Sponsor.

PRIZES DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE GAME AWARDED, ACCOMMODATIONS, MEALS, OR ANY COSTS, EXPENSES AND FEES THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY THE PRIZE WINNER TO ACCEPT, USE, AND ENJOY THE PRIZE. ANY AND ALL COSTS, EXPENSES AND FEES THAT MAY BE INCURRED BY THE PRIZE WINNER TO ACCEPT, USE, AND ENJOY THE PRIZE SHALL BE BORNE BY, AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF, THE PRIZE WINNER.

NOTIFICATION: Winners (or Winner's parent or Legal Guardian if Winner is a minor) will be required to complete, execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful a Publicity Release within two (2) days of notification. If any Affidavit/Release are not returned within the stated time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, disqualification will result and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants (entrant's parent or legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant (entrant's parent or legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective agents and representatives for any injury, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize. Entrants (entrant's parent or legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to allow Sponsor, the MLB Entities and their designees to use entrants' names, likenesses and other indicia of persona in any and all media now or hereafter known for advertising, trade and publicity purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without any compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late or misdirected entries, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor's exclusive judgment, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw/modify/suspend the promotion offer, to void any entries submitted fraudulently and/or select winners in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted at www.turkeyhill.com/yankees. The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or their agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Sponsor and the MLB Entities (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under the internal laws in the County of New York, State of New York and any such dispute must be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) in the federal or state courts of the County of New York, State of New York. The only relief available in such dispute/action will be actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred by entrant in participating in Sweepstakes (if any).

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or the MLB Entities corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will select winners in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted at www.turkeyhill.com/yankees.

In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

WINNERS' LIST: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope by 12/31/13 to Turkey Hill Dairy - Yankees Winners' List, Turkey Hill Dairy, Attn: Turkey Hill Yankees Tickets Sweepstakes, 2601 River Road, Conestoga, PA 17615 Winner's list will be available after 12/23/09, 12/23/10, 12/23/11, 12/23/12, 12/23/13 respectively.
