Turkey Hill Original Vanilla Cookie Ice Cream Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 container of Turkey Hill Original Vanilla, softened
- 1 package of chocolate cookie sandwiches, divided and crushed
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 16-ounce jar of hot fudge ice cream topping
- 8-ounce carton frozen whipped topping
Directions
1. Remove the chocolate sandwich cookie filling and crush the cookies. Combine 3 cups of cookie crumbs with butter. Press into a greased 13x9-in. dish. Spread with softened ice cream. Cover and freeze until set.
2. Drizzle fudge into a layer, cover and freeze until set.
3. Spread with whipped topping and sprinkle cookie crumbs on top. Cover and freeze for 2 hours until firm. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
